I seriously injured my back in early Sept to the point I was completely out of commission for almost 3 1/2 weeks. I’m self employed and I couldn’t even work for that time because I was in so much pain I couldn’t even stand or walk straight. “I came to see Dr. Denise Colestock back in January of 2006 with literally screaming back pain. I was laid up in bed for 2 1/2 weeks before I was even able to bend over far enough to put my socks and shoes on without doubling over in pain. I was flat out miserable and in alot of excruciating pain. I wasn’t even able to drive to see the doctor and had my girlfriend actually drive me there.
