Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to your visit.
If you are paying the day of your service, you will pay our same day cash price of $40.00. However, if you need to be billed the costs are as follows:
- 1 or 2 region adjustments $40.00
- 3 or 4 region adjustments $52.00
- 5 or more region adjustments $67.00
On your first visit there will be an initial exam fee of $50.00 (one time only) and the adjustment fee of $40.00. Thereafter the office visit fee would be just for the adjustment.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover card, as well as debit cards, personal check and cash. There is a fee of $25.00 placed on all returned checks for non-sufficient funds.
We also accept most insurance and will bill your insurance company. Any co-pays and deductibles are the patient’s responsibility.
We also have gift certificates available!
Our goal is to provide you with the best care and our highest concern is the health of our clients. If you are having a problem paying your bill please feel free to contact us and work out a payment plan that works for you.
