Did you know that there are generally three stages of care in a chiropractic office?
The first stage is pain relief and the amount of time with each person can vary depending on how long they’ve been fighting the problem prior to their initial visit.
The second stage of care is the corrective care phase. This usually applies once the individual is out of pain and the chiropractor concentrates on further correcting the spine and reducing the number of subluxations that he or she may find.
The final phase of care is maintenance care, or wellness care, where you are monitored on a less frequent basis for subluxations and only minor alterations to your spinal alignment are necessary.
By reducing subluxations you allow your nervous system to work to it’s full potential. By having a proper functioning nervous system it allows for your nerve impulses to work to their full potential, with the end result being that you will often feel better, have alot more energy and may be less likely to get sick.
